How Do Hotel Dollars Work?

Hotel Dollars provide additional savings on hotel bookings, but there is a limit to how many can be applied on a booking depending on the Hotel & dates. Hotel Dollars cannot be used to bring a hotel price to $0. The maximum amount of Hotel Dollars will automatically be applied on every hotel booking, so you don't have to apply them yourself. If you have questions about hotel dollars or other membership benefits, please contact membership@credituniontravel.com

How Do I Earn Hotel Dollars back on bookings?

You can earn Hotel Dollars when you make hotel bookings on our platform using your credit union’s credit/debit card. Standard members earn 5% back and Premium members earn 10% back.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, AND FLIGHTS?

We consistently offer big discounts on hotels, but discounts on car rentals and flights are rare due to how these industries work.

Are bookings flexible/refundable?

Most hotel bookings are refundable, but make sure to read the cancellation policy at checkout for each booking.

Can You Book International Travel?

Yes! Our inventory includes hotels, car rentals and flights worldwide.

Can You Book Bundle Deals?

No, at this time, your hotel, car rental and flights are booked separately on our platform.

WILL I EVER BE CHARGED FOR MY STANDARD MEMBERSHIP?

You will never be charged for a Standard membership if your Credit Union is partnered with Credit Union Travel.

For flight/car rental reservations, you will receive an email from info@travel.travelweb.com
